    I was highly disappointed with my stay. The shower had mildew, and the air conditioning was blowing dust everywhere. I can't believe the lack of maintenance. These issues shouldn't exist in a reputable hotel.

    Such great experience there. Excellent hotel and incredible and marvellous location close to city center. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. Very comfy beds, climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television in the room.

    convenient access to landmarks and parks

    I loved the hotel's excellent service and its proximity to very nice attractions like the Zocalo, just over 3 km away, and the beautiful Paseo Bravo park, only about 2 km from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy pleasant strolls through Puebla's charming streets.

    The room was decent, but definitely needs some TLC. Carpets were old and stained. The bathroom was a bit rough-cracked sink and faucets that looked ancient. The bed, though, was super comfy, just like you'd expect from InterContinental. Some areas felt really tired and outdated. Wish they'd spruce things up a bit.
